Making outbound calls

Make an outgoing call to any number

To make a call to any phone number from the hotline, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Hotline Dashboard
2. Click Calls on the left navigation bar 
3. Click the Make a New Call button the top right
4. Type the phone number 
5. Click Make the Call

You will receive a call from the hotline phone number in order to make the connection to the intended phone number.

Returning a call 

To return a call made by someone to your hotline, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Hotline Dashboard
2. Click Calls on the left navigation bar 
3. Find the phone number you want to call back
4. Click the Eye icon located to the farthest left on the phone column to go to its call log
5. Click the Call Back icon the call's history

You will receive a call from the hotline phone number in order to make the connection to the intended phone number.

Making a call to a contact

To make a call to a saved contact, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Hotline Dashboard
2. Click Contacts on the left navigation bar
3. Find the Contact you want to call
4. Click Call on the top right of the page
