Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, go to your Hotline Url and complete the following actions.

Steps

1. Click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your email address to receive a password reset email
3. Open the email from Rapid Response. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you cannot find it in your main inbox.
4. Click Reset My Password.
5. You will be redirected to the homepage. Enter and confirm your new password.
