Update your profile

Your profile gives you important information about your settings and preferences. To navigate to your Rapid Response profile, go to Your Nameon the top right and click Profile in the dropdown bar menu.


Basic Information

You can change your account information by changing your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Password

You can update your password by entering your current password once and entering your new password twice below.

Notifications - Hotline Options

You can choose to receive notifications by email or text message to alert you about missed calls and incoming text messages to your Rapid Response account. You can select “disabled” if you don’t want to receive a notification about either event.
