Text messaging on hotline dashboard

Operators can send and receive text messages from the hotline phone number.

To send or read 1:1 text messages 

• Click Messages on the left navigation bar on the Hotline Dashboard
• Select the text thread you want to review or type
• Type your text message in the lower left

The recipient will receive a text from the hotline phone number
