Reviewing call history

Rapid Response gives you the ability to review call information including recordings, descriptions, and custom parameters. You also have the ability to add comments, tags, and even descriptions.


Call History

To review and add details to a call, follow these steps.

  • Click Calls on the left navigation bar on the Hotline Dashboard.
  • Click the Eye icon on the call you want to review.

Call Recordings & Voicemail

You can listen to the audio if the hotline records the calls, or if a caller left a voicemail.

Tags & Descriptions

Descriptions: You have the ability to add descriptions to calls anytime in Rapid Response. Descriptions help you keep track of information that might be helpful for your team.

Tags: If your Administrator has set up Call Tags, then you will have the ability to add tags to all calls in Rapid Response. This can help group and map the types of calls received by your Hotline.
