How to send Mass Notification

A Mass Notification can be sent by any user with an Operator Role. It is used to send a "Broadcast" message to a large group of contacts.  To learn more about the feature, click here. 

Note: This feature needs to be activated by Dashboard Administrator.

Steps

  1. Click on the Notifications page on the left navigation column.
  2.  On the top right corner, click on the green Send a Notification button.
  3. Choose the Audience you want to broadcast to.
  4. Write your message.
  5. Click Send Notification.
Remember: Text Notification messages are sent from a pool of five no-reply numbers. Keep your message short and make sure to add "Do Not Reply" at the end of the message.
