Changing the status of operators

Users with the roles Dashboard Administrator and Hotline Administrator can change the status of operators on the Hotline Dashboard. 

Steps

• On the Main Dashboard, click Launch to open the hotline's dashboard.
• Click Operators on the left navigation bar
• Toggle the button to make each operator on duty and off duty
