Adding operators to hotlines

Note: Users with the role of Dashboard Administrator and Hotline Administrator can add users to be operators of a hotline.


Adding operators to a hotline

  • On Main Dashboard, click Launch to open the hotline's dashboard.
  • Scroll to the section Add an existing operator to "NAME Hotline".
  • Click the green plus button on the far right next to the operator you want to add to the hotline

After you add an operator to the hotline, you can manage the status of operators. Learn more in the Changing the status of operators article.
